Payment Services Start and End: Vendor classes start in August and end in May. Services must be scheduled M-F only. No weekends. No services will be paid by the school when not in session June-August. PO / Billing Terms: <1> PO per month per student. Vendor is to bill on/or after the last day of class in the month. Approved classes: Beginning Juniors, Intermediate Juniors, and Beginning Adults. Monthly tuition for one-hour classes are as follows: Premiere Program -- 1 student 1 day per week $105.00 per month 1 student 2 days per week $115.00 per month 2 student/sibling, 2 days per week $200.00 per month 3 student/sibling, 2 days per week $260.00 per month 4 student/sibling, 2 days per week $325.00 per month 5 student/sibling, 2 days per week, $390.00 per month Elite Program -- 1 student, 3 times per week $125.00 2 students, 3 times per week $220.00 3 students, 3 times per week $290.00 Premier Program -- <4 days/week> 1 student $135.00 per month 2 students $230.00 per month 3 students $300.00 per month For the month of August, per class $20.00 each. Student Rate Discounts: Multi-student/sibling discount laid out above in contracted rate amount. Disallowed Services: Tournaments, advance level classes, drop-in classes, belt testing, summer camp, TNT Dragons, Mighty Mites classes, and Satellite locations at Hiers Goju Ryu, Tibon Modesto, Victory Outreach, and United Bay Area Martial Arts Club are disallowed. Any new service must first be reviewed and approved by the Business Services Vendor Relations Department. Vendors Absence or Cancellation Policy- Vendor will not charge the school for unrendered service hours when given 24 hours prior notification of cancellation by parent and/or school. In the event a cancellation is requested and only some of the services listed on the PO have been completed, the services rendered will be charged at a drop-in rate of $20.00 per class and the remainder of the PO shall be refunded. Vendor may charge for unexcused absences and when applicable will make-up the missed hours. Parents Out of Pocket Registration or Other Type of Fee: Parents are responsible for a $70.00 registration/uniform fee for each student.
